🌸 Reggaeton Pilates: to support Venezuela! 🌸

Hot Girl Summer-inspired pilates class in community but for a cause!

With the tragic event following two catastrophic earthquakes in Venezuela, we @Connecthernyc want to help support those in need of humanitarian need. To do that, we'll be donating 50% of ticket sales from this Pilates event to Global Empowerment Mission (globalempowerment mission.org) as well as Planetas Animal Rescue. So come out to share your love and support in community with a mat-pilates flow! Get ready to sweat, and vibe to an upbeat perreo-style reggaeton playlist while sculpting and strengthening in a mat Pilates class led by our amazing instructor @keilaademi.

Expect core-shaking moves, high-energy beats, and sexy, feel-good Reggaeton vibes in a room full of NYC girls ready to grow, and hype each other up.

After class, enjoy a refreshments (we love a good energy drink!), connect through a fun post-workout icebreaker game designed to help you meet other girls, and stick around for surprise giveaways—because the real glow-up is community 💫
