Refund Policy
At Fiesta Latina Nueva York & DrinkUpinNYC, operated by Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC, all ticket sales for our events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in plans, weather conditions, illness, or missed departures.
However, we allow ticket transfers to another event date if the request is made at least 72 hours before the original event date. Transfers are subject to availability and can only be completed once. To request a transfer, email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) with your original ticket details (name, event date, and ticket number) and your preferred new date. We will confirm availability and process your request within 48 hours.
If Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC cancels or reschedules an event, you will be notified and given the option to transfer your tickets or receive a full refund.

Dress Code and Conduct: Attendees must follow event guidelines and dress codes when applicable. Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not complying with event policies or behaving inappropriately.
Event Changes: Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to the event’s time, location, or lineup if necessary. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
Liability: By attending, you assume all risks associated with the event. The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or property damage that may occur during the event.
Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event at their discretion.
