General VIP Table Terms:

• Deposit is Non-Refundable: Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and does not count towards your bottle purchase or minimum table spend.
• Payment: Customers must pay for their bottles upon being seated in their section.
• Table Guarantee: Your table is guaranteed until midnight. Early arrival is highly recommended as this will be a sold-out show. Arrive before 11:30 PM to secure your spot.
• First Come, First Serve: After midnight, tables will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed. If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may request a credit toward a future event by contacting us before the event date. Credit requests are subject to approval and must be used for an event of equal or lesser value.
