**Doors close at 11:45am. Please plan to arrive no later than 11:30am. Ceremony begins at 12pm, where we will create a safe energetic container for the duration of our fast.

Guest Waiver and Release of Liability

This Guest Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Waiver") is executed upon ticket purchase, by the ticket purchaser (the "Guest") in favor of Entheos Retreats, LLC, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "Entheosita").

Acknowledgment of Risks

The Guest acknowledges and agrees that participation in activities at Entheosita and use of its facilities, grounds, and equipment involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. The Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Entheosita or others, and accepts full responsibility for participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to enter and use the facilities of Entheosita, the Guest agrees to:

1. Release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Entheosita for any claims, demands, or actions of any kind arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Guest, whether caused by the negligence of Entheosita or otherwise.
   
2. Indemnify and hold harmless Entheosita from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred as a result of the Guest’s participation in activities or use of the facilities.
   

Personal Belongings

The Guest acknowledges and agrees that Entheosita is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Guest’s personal belongings. The Guest assumes full responsibility for the security and safekeeping of any items brought onto the premises.

General Provisions

• This Waiver shall be binding upon the Guest, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
• If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Entheosita is located.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

The Guest has read this Waiver, fully understands its terms, and signs it freely and voluntarily. The Guest affirms that they are of legal age to execute this Waiver or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
