Refuse To Be A Victim - Personal Safety and Crime

The Refuse to Be a Victim Program, offered by the National Rifle Association (NRA), is a crime prevention and personal safety program designed to help individuals reduce their chances of becoming a victim of crime. The program is comprised of a four-hour seminar given by NRA-certified instructors that covers topics such as general awareness, home security, mental preparation, and physical security. This seminar also provides an overview of the various types of technology available for personal safety and security, including various forms of non-lethal self-defense devices.

The Refuse to Be a Victim Program provides individuals of all ages with the knowledge and resources to help them protect themselves and their loved ones from potential criminal threats. The program also provides tips for making one's home, vehicle, and other places of residence more secure, as well as techniques for staying safe while traveling.
