About this Event
Luminate Education Group presents: Refugee Film Festival.
During this year’s Refugee Week, Leeds City College is hosting an evening of short films, with guest speakers and local filmmakers to share stories of Asylum Seekers and Refugees Yorkshire.
This event will also welcome community groups and partners that work locally to improve the lives of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants. We invite you to come and be a part of an event to open dialogue and have space for reflection.
Our Refugee Film Festival will run over Refugee Week, which is on 20th - 26th June 2022.
Refreshments will be available on the night.

Our Refugee Film Festival will be hosted on the evenings of:
- Wednesday 22nd June, doors open at 5.30pm, film starts at 6pm at Leeds City College, Quarry Hill campus.
- Thursday 23rd June, doors open at 5.30pm, film starts at 6pm at Harrogate College
- Thursday 23rd June at Picture House Keighley
