About this Event

Hot Honey Sundays returns to Refuge on July 12 for another day dedicated to sound, movement, and community.

This edition welcomes Nick León, Ultra Violet, and Hot Honey residents Anna Collecta and Deo’Jorge.

Based in Miami, Nick León has emerged as one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary electronic music, blending Latin club music, experimental electronics, and forward-thinking dance music. With releases on TraTraTrax and NAAFI, as well as production work on Rosalía’s MOTOMAMI, his DJ sets are known for unexpected turns and a deep connection to the dance floor.

Joining him is Ultra Violet, a fixture of New York City’s underground whose sets move through house, disco, dembow, and nostalgic club anthems. A House of Yes resident, she has also performed at venues and festivals including Glitterbox and Bonnaroo.

Hot Honey founders Deo’Jorge and Anna Collecta complete the lineup. Originally from Brazil, Deo’Jorge blends indie dance, dark disco, house, and Brazilian influences, while Anna Collecta is known for soulful sets spanning house, disco, and global sounds, with appearances alongside Glitterbox and Defected.

Refuge Hi-Def Dance Club is a 500-cap underground nightclub in East Williamsburg built around sound, energy, and atmosphere. At its core is REX, a custom 4-point system designed by co-founder Craig “Shorty” Bernabeu, with four 10-foot stacks surrounding the dance floor for a powerful, immersive experience. Each night is curated to push that system to its full potential — a true Musical Arts Performance in every sense.

21+ only. All sales are final.
