About this Event
A Wellness Experience Designed to Refuel Your Whole Self
If you’ve been running on half a tank–or feel like you’ve hit empty–RefuelHER Wellness Experience was created just for you. Limited to just 24 women for a truly VIP, high-touch experience, this holistic, Christian-centered women’s wellness event brings together licensed and certified experts in mental health, medical wellness, fitness and nutrition, and spiritual growth to help you step confidently into the new year.
Unlike large conferences, RefuelHER Wellness Experience offers an intentionally intimate format where each woman rotates through four small-group workshops of only 7-8 participants per session. This ensures meaningful interaction, personalized attention, and genuine connection.
RefuelHER offers the space, support, and tools that can help you move toward functioning at your highest potential, using holistic practices that serve your mind, body, and spirit.

RefuelHER Thoughts
Our thoughts shape the way we see ourselves, navigate challenges, and experience life. Yet for many women, inner dialogue can become a source of discouragement, pressure, or emotional fatigue. In this empowering, therapeutic-inspired workshop, you’ll explore the mental and emotional patterns that may be draining your confidence, energy, and sense of peace.
Led by Quinnise Pettway, M.Ed., LPC, you will, together, learn to recognize common cognitive traps, understand how your mindset influences your wellness, and practice science-supported techniques to shift into healthier, more compassionate thinking. Through guided reflection and gentle discussion, you’ll discover how renewed thought patterns can help you refuel your confidence, emotional resilience, and day-to-day well-being.
This workshop offers tools rooted in psychological principles that can support women of all backgrounds–meeting you with care, clarity, and encouragement.

Your body speaks–even when you don’t have the language for what you’re feeling. Led by Dr. Sarah Ashitey, MD, CHC, this wellness workshop blends medical science with whole-person coaching to uncover the real roots of fatigue, stress, and feeling off-balance.
Together, you’ll explore how the nervous system, hormones, nutrition, sleep, movement, and daily habits all intersect to shape your energy and emotional well-being. You’ll learn science-backed strategies that help restore balance, regulate your stress response, and create daily routines that support intentional living–without overwhelm or perfectionism.
This uplifting session is both practical and compassionate, offering tools that any woman can apply to her real life.

RefuelHER Fitness
Movement can be healing, strengthening, and empowering when it’s done with intention–not pressure. Led by Nikita “Coach Niki” Wilburn, MS, RN, BSN, OCN, CHC, CPT, this interactive workshop helps women reconnect with their bodies through simple, approachable movement and realistic fitness guidance for real-life schedules.
You’ll learn practical ways to stay active whether you’re at the gym or at home, along with foundational nutrition tips that support energy, confidence, and overall wellness. Coach Niki will guide you through a gentle, accessible workout with modifications for all fitness levels–perfect for working moms, busy professionals, and anyone looking to feel better in their body.
Come dressed comfortably and ready to move, learn, and take small steps toward a healthier, stronger you.

RefuelHER Faith
Led by Na’Kedra Rodgers, this uplifting and faith-filled workshop invites women to rediscover the power of believing beyond what they can see. Faith is what we hope for and trust is on the way–even when we don’t have physical evidence. Because none of us can predict the future, faith becomes the center of how we move, make decisions, and stay grounded.
In this encouraging session, we’ll talk honestly about self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and how our own viewpoint can shape what we expect from our lives. You’ll learn how shifting your mindset from “I think it can happen for me” to “It will happen for me” can change not only your perspective, but also your outcomes.
Through reflection, scripture, and practical faith-based tools, you’ll explore how to strengthen your spiritual foundation, build confidence in your God-given identity, and take meaningful steps toward what God is calling you to do.
While rooted in Christian values, this session warmly welcomes women at every stage of their faith journey.

Expect a beautiful balance of warm comfort, fresh brightness, and thoughtful preparation that turns your meal into a memorable moment of connection and care.
