📅 EVENT SCHEDULE
Tuesday, February 9, 2027, 10am till 12pm
📍Tampa Garden Club, Conservatory
Presentation followed by hands-on designing—we’ll create, experiment, and help one another!
🎓 Led by Carol Friedman, NGC Flower Show Procedure/Design Instructor and member of the Manatee River Garden Club.

✨ WORKSHOP DETAILS
Purpose: Review and practice Petite Assemblage Designs for entry in the 2027 WANDERLUST Flower Show. We will also review Exhibition Tables.
Petite Design is a design ranging from 3" to 12." Schedule to determine height, width and depth as well as any additional staging provided. Additional staging provided by exhibitor is considered as part of the height requirement. The 2027 WANDERLUST Flower Show Schedule stipulates that Petite Designs will not exceed 12 inches in any direction,
Assemblage Designs are three-dimensional abstract designs, consisting of three (3) or more found objects. More information will be sent after you sign-up!
Exhibition Tables are not meant to be functional. Created artistically to suggest the service of food with no requirements as to the type or number of table appointments. Plant material must be used as needed for the overall design. 2027 Schedule will not require a staging panel. Use of decorative unit is designer's choice.
FOR PETITE ASSEMBLAGE DESIGN – PLEASE BRING: 3 or more small found objects — natural, household, vintage, decorative or unusual, Small container or holder, Plant material--petite fresh, dried or treated-dried.
FOR EXHIBITION TABLE – PLEASE BRING: Table covering or fabric, Container or holder - if making decorative unit, Plant material--fresh, dried or treated-dried, A few table accessories — dishes, glassware, napkins or decorative elements.
Bring only what works for your design—small quantities are fine!
✂️ DESIGN TOOL KIT (don't forget your clippers): Clippers • Wire cutters • Floral knife • Florist wire & tape • Glue dots • Towel/work mat
SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Pam will provide U-glue, water tubes, Oasis and additional floral materials.
