Let's dive into our Level 1 🖤 ITS 🖤 content including (new!) content including formations, vocabulary, and concepts! This 3-hour workshop is for anyone wanting to refresh and jump back into the level 1 content with Tessa!

IMPROV TEAM SYNC (ITS) is an improvisational fusion dance format with influences and inspirations from Raqs Sharqi (Bellydance), The Salimpour Format, Hula, Studio Hip Hop, and Sigil Style! Created by Amy Sigil
ITS actively practices technique, improvisation, musical interpretation, spacial awareness, lead and follow relationships, leadership training, team building, movement exploration, and performance. It's straight up magic in movement. It will challenge you both physically and mentally with layered coordination and constant focus.
