Join me at the Arts Collaborative Medford for a SPA YOGA micro-retreat that will refresh and revitalize you this summer!! An hour just isn't enough for all the goodness... you'll have an hour and a half to melt deeply into a state of peace and calm.
Your eve comes complete with a generous dose of pampering :) Combining the goodness of gentle yoga, breathwork, nurturing hands-on assists and a chocolate meditation with the spa inspired sweetness of soothing aromatherapy, a seasonally inspired beverage and guided self-massage to create an immersive experience of relaxation and renewal.
