A CREATIVE REFORMER FLOW

This special 75-minute workshop is designed for Reformer Pilates practitioners who want to slow things down, go deeper, and explore the creative potential of movement.

In a regular class, we often move at pace and stay within structure. In this workshop, we take the space to expand beyond that - exploring longer, more layered sequences inspired by dance and yoga, and allowing time to break down movement with intention and care.

Together with April, you’ll explore creative Reformer choreography that challenges and inspires, while also building a strong foundation in technique. We’ll focus on balance, flexibility, inversions, and full-body strength, with an emphasis on understanding how and why we move the way we do.

Expect moments of pause and refinement where we slow everything down to unpack alignment, muscle engagement, and clear, intelligent cueing. This is where strength meets awareness - and where confidence in more advanced movement patterns begins to grow.

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of Reformer Pilates principles
  • Creative sequencing ideas and progressions
  • Greater confidence with layered and advanced movements
