Reformation Community Leadership Summit 2026

The Reformation Community Leadership Summit 2026 (RCLS '26) convenes Africa's next generation of leaders in Nairobi on 6 November 2026, under the theme Implementing the Africa We Want: Youth as Architects of Sustainable Development.

Hosted by Reformation Community — a Pan-African youth leadership organisation building young changemakers across the continent since 2016 — RCLS '26 gathers around 500 delegates onsite in Nairobi and more than 3,000 participants online for a day built entirely around what young Africans are already doing to deliver Agenda 2063.

Expect keynote addresses from leading African voices, three Kenya-grounded panels — From the Streets to the Systems, Silicon Savannah and the Other Kenya, and Powering the Africa We Want — and ten hands-on Solution Labs where delegates work directly on the continent's most pressing challenges. The day also features the Enda Social Venture Challenge, our flagship pitch competition surfacing and backing youth-led ventures, and closes with an awards ceremony celebrating outstanding young leaders.

The summit continues on 7 November with a community outreach at Nyumbani Children's Home in Nairobi — because the Africa we want is built through service, not just conversation.

Whether you're a student leader, founder, changemaker, partner or ally, RCLS '26 is where the ideas, evidence and relationships that shape Africa's future come together.
