Reflexology is a body-based map that helps the nervous system settle, organize, and return to safety. In this five-hour immersion, we use the reflex maps of the feet, hands, and ears alongside slow, supportive bodywork to show how precise touch calms the system, restores orientation, and allows the body to regulate itself. This is not about fixing, forcing release, or memorizing techniques. It’s about learning how predictable contact, clear pressure, and completion help the whole system soften and reset.
This class is for everyone. Bodyworkers, therapists, practitioners, energy workers, and anyone curious about how the body actually regulates. You’ll practice throughout the day, receive work, give work, and leave with simple reflexology sequences you can use with clients or on yourself to support grounding, calming, and integration. Clear.
