Reflexology and it's benefits have been sought since it's development by Eunice Ingham in the 1930's. The workshop will include the history of Reflexology and how it was developed in the United States and abroad. You will learn how and when reflexology should be applied and how to provide it effectively while honoring and protecting your own body with sound body mechanics. You will leave the workshop knowing where to find the direct reflexes that relate to the area of congestion and how to appropriately apply the thumb and finger walking technique of reflexology. Adding this valuable practice to your massage sessions will further improve client outcomes.
