ABOUT THE "BE YOUR OWN BEAUTIFUL" BODY CONFIDENCE WORKSHOP:
Founded in 2022, the BYOB Body Confidence is a movement & annual workshop organised by Andrea*, Founder of The Clean Addicts Bakery. She is also is a certified Nutrition Coach and Wholefoods Chef.
Andrea created this workshop as body image issues & those with Eating Disorders have been increasing in Singapore, and wished that she had the help and support 10 years ago when she was at her lowest.
If you have attended the previous workshop(s), this one will be an interesting one focused on activities for self-development & reflection that will be useful in your own healing journey to make peace with your body and food :)
ABOUT THE CLEAN ADDICTS WHOLEFOODS BAKERY: We help you live your best life without compromising your love for sweets.. since 2017 after Andrea's Mum has heart disease and couldn't find anything healthy for us to enjoy as dessert lovers! So we decided to make it ourselves by incorporating whole foods into our bakes such as beans, dates (natural sweetener) and oats as our flour substitute! The Clean Addicts specialises in dark chocolate and tea-based fudge cakes, mochi snacks and protein balls. All are plantbased, eggless, dairy free and low in sugar! Along with GF, baby-friendly and diabetic-friendly options. Explore more of her wholesome bakes here !
