Let's go for a mindful and reflective walk.

We meet in a park in Budapest for an after-work walk. I'll bring reflective questions and you will have the chance reflect on your own and discuss in a supportive community.

What type of questions... These were questions we reflected on in the past but they vary every time!

• What is the thing you worry about the most?
• What would 5-year-in-the-future you ask you to do today?
• What kind of rest have you been neglecting (physical, mental, sensory, social, spiritual, emotional, creative)?

Why join?

• The questions are invitations to think about your life and career from new perspectives.
• You get more insights from reflecting with others than on your own.
• Some of these questions are easier to discuss with acquaintances than with close friends.
• You will probably get your daily step count!
