Clear your calendar! Take annual leave! This is an event not to be missed. Your sanctuary this Silly Season, to Reflect on what's come to pass.Cacao, Intention, Connection, Yoga, Somatic movement, Breath, Mindfulness, Meditation, Nourishing Kai, Sound healing - all culminating in Bliss.

WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING: Comfortable clothes, drink bottle, journal, pen, eye pillow (optional). Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (we have some spares you can borrow).
WHAT TO EXPECT: This session is suitable for all levels. We'll start with introductions & an outline of the day. Then we'll set an intention for the day & a Cacao ceremony. The balance of the day will be split between various mindfulness, meditation, breath, yoga asana, somatic movement, journaling & Sound based practices to support your overall wellness. To integrate learnings, challenges & gratitude from the year that has passed. This will give us a head start on the new year, cultivating calm in the holiday season.
