In every photograph lies a story untold — a glimpse into moments, emotions, and truths that words often fail to express. This December, step into a space where silence transforms into art and hidden stories find their light.
4th GSCPC National Photography & Film Festival themed "Voices of the unheard" invites you to experience the depth of creativity and storytelling through the lens of the nation’s most passionate young photographers and filmmakers. For two unforgettable days — 17 and 18 December 2025 — the grounds of Government Science College, Tejgaon, Dhaka will come alive with imagination, emotion, and expression.
Here, every frame reveals perspective, every film carries emotion, and every creation speaks what has long been unheard.
Join us in celebrating the power of vision, empathy, and storytelling — where art becomes a voice, and stories finally find their place in the light. 🎬📸✨

Event Segments
🔴 Photography Exhibition
As we start our events , we invite our dear photographers to submit their wonderful works to our Photo Exhibition event . The selected photos from DSLR and Mobile by the respected Judge will be set in a high-quality frame to decorate our exhibition room.

⚠️ Rules for Participation :
1. You should be the sole owner of your own photographs that you will submit.
2. You can submit 5 photos at maximum.
3. Any kind of photo containing R-rated adult and explicit content are banned from the submission.
4. Watermarks/Date and Time Stamp/Borders are not allowed.
5. HDR photos are not allowed.
6. Your submitted photos cannot contain digital manipulations except the photos you will submit under the “Photo Manipulation” event.
7. Although photo manipulation is strictly prohibited in this exhibition but you can apply some light editing works such as shadows and highlights in your photo .
8. Participants have to pay 600 taka for each exhibition-selected DSLR photograph and 500 taka for each exhibition-selected MOBILE photograph.
Note : If selected then club representatives will contact individual participant .

7. Submission Limit : Participant can submit up to 3 videos .
8. Film Length : Short Film must be under 12 minutes.

1. You should be the sole owner of all of your photographs that you will submit.
2. You can submit 5 photos at max.
3. Any kind of photo containing R-rated, adult and explicit contents are banned from the submission.
4. Watermarks/Date and Time Stamp/Borders are not allowed.
5. HDR photos are not allowed.

🔴 Workshop
An intensive session conducted by professionals from the photography industry — learn, engage, and sharpen your perspective with hands-on guidance.
⚠️ Rules for Participation and Event Rules :
1. Every participant must maintain their moral conduct in the workshop. They should be sincere throughout the whole workshop .
2. Any kind of abusive or immoral behaviours ate prohibited. The Authority will take proper steps to prevent such immorality if found any.

🔴 Photo Puzzle
A team event (2 members per team) to test your photographic memory and observation skills. Recreate a shown image in puzzle form within the shortest possible time — fast, fun, and fiercely competitive!

⚠️ Rules for Participation and Event Rules :
1. Each team has to pay 100 tk (only) to participate. (Solo or a team of two)
2. Every team has to register online.
3. Every team will be shown a photograph for some moment. They have to remember it and have to solve their puzzle on a board according to the shown photograph within the required time.
4. The authority will take proper measures if they see any kind of suspicious activity in the event.

5. The team which finishes their puzzle in the shortest time will be announced as the winning team.

🔴 Post-Processing Competition
Receive a raw photograph from the organizers, and show your editing magic to turn it into a masterpiece.

⚠️ Rules for Participation:
1. Every participant must bring their own device .
2. Participants can use any editing software they want.
3. Participants will receive a photograph from us via mail.
4. Participants will have to edit the photo within a limited time.
5. The best edited photo will be announced as the winner .

A team event (2 to 3 members per team) Get a clue, hunt the perfect frame around the venue, and capture it! It’s a thrilling mix of adventure, observation, and photography skills.
(The organizers will provide a hint/clue to hunt the similar photo)

2. 12×12 canvas and art paper will be provided (based on participant demand).
3. Time limit: 55 minutes.

3. Originality: Copied or plagiarized memes will lead to immediate disqualification.
