About this Event
Reflecting Who I Am: Jewelry In Joy
What if the jewelry you wear could tell the story of who you are? Join us at the MUSE Arts Creative Lab in Earlscourt Park for a transformative 4-week jewelry-making and reflection series. Designed as a safe, welcoming space, this workshop combines mindfulness, storytelling, and accessible jewelry-making to help you explore your identity, heritage, and emotions. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.
Weekly Schedule:
- Week 1: I Reflect – Who Am I? Explore self-awareness beyond your daily roles through a mindful mirror practice and design a symbolic personal charm.
- Week 2: I Connect – Reconnecting with My Roots: Use a mindful eating experience to tap into cultural memories and family traditions, inspiring a custom jewelry piece.
- Week 3: I Create – Expressing Emotion: Translate your inner values, emotions, and intentions into a meaningful custom bracelet or necklace.
- Week 4: Reflecting Together: Celebrate the journey with a collective reflection and help co-create a community necklace that symbolizes shared connection and belonging.
“This is not just a piece… this is a reflection of you.” Space is limited—reserve your spot today!
