This group session is designed to facilitate reflection on the past year, release any unnecessary burdens, and recalibrate our mindset with healthy thoughts and goals. If you have been grappling with any pressing concerns or seeking clarity, this session provides an opportunity to explore these issues and connect with your inner self to discover your life aspirations.
The session will start with a 15-minute journaling exercise, offering the option to share your thoughts or maintain confidentiality. This will be followed by a 45-minute breath release and therapeutic sound session, ending with a group discussion.
