  A sound bath meditation, is a sound journey that will help your body relax, clear the subconscious and promote healing in the body. There will be a brillant symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, drum, wind chimes, ocean drum, rattles and rainstick. The sound vibrations and frequencies help unlock blocks in your body.   Regina Philip is the Owner / Head Chef of Regina's Catering and Co-Owner / Head Chef Tiferet Cafe in Sacramento, CA. She has operated her business for 11 years with delicious, healthy weekly meal prep options, catering events, private dinners and parties. As a single mother, she has been on a deep, healing journey through overcoming trauma, loss, and abuse. She has recently been called to step into service to help other women become empowered and overcome adversity.

Cindy Garcia, the founder of The Brave Frequency, as a first-generation Mexican-American she is passionate about breaking generational cycles and healing the ancestral lineage. She is a intuitive Reiki Master and sound healer. She is passionate about sharing all things wellness; helping guide, support and empowering you to step into your own best inner healer, creating space for you to own your full authenticity in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
