REFLECT & CREATE: Play With The Arts for Mental Fitness

HALLOWEEN event, most creative costume wins a prize! Costumes are optional.
Reflect & Create bases it's techniques on scientific data, that demonstrates how we can use the different arts, to create new neuropathways. We believe that our brain, is one of the most valuable things we possess. So we strive to make "working out" fun. Because when we work on our brain, when we stop to reflect, when we take time to create, when we incorporate music & tune in with our bodies, it has mayor mental health benefits.

If you are attending in person, no need to bring anything. Paper will be provided & supplies will be available to borrow and use. If you are attending online, pen/pencil & paper is all you need, but coloring material & anything else you want to use is encouraged.
Whether you join once, or attend regularly, the hope is that you continue to incorporate art as a mental work out in your lives.
Every event is based on a different topic & different activities. Join as many as you'd like; they're always free and open to all ages.
