This thoughtfully designed event aims to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit with the reflective energy of the season. By integrating these impactful practices, you will embark on an inspiring journey toward inner peace and rejuvenation, allowing you to embrace the beauty of change and renewal that autumn brings. Experience a nurturing space to unwind, recharge, and connect with your true self.
Class Highlights:
1. Release to Receive with EFT Tapping: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), aka “tapping” is a somatic self-regulation tool that utilizes gentle tapping on the face and upper body with one’s own fingertips. This gentle, yet powerful practice soothes the nervous system and therefore may decrease stress, anxiety, pain and other uncomfortable emotions, while promoting peace, possibility and restoring balance to the body.
2. Replenishing Restorative Yoga: Indulge in deep relaxation through restorative yoga postures. These poses have been carefully curated to gently open the body, release tension, and promote a sense of tranquility. Each posture will encourage a state of mindfulness and surrender, allowing you to connect with your breath and inner stillness.
3. Guided Meditation: Experience aHeart Activation visualization that will deepen the connection with your “soul self”. This meditation will invite you to tap into the wisdom and guidance of your heart, providing a profound sense of clarity and purpose aligned with your heart-sourced intentions.
This event is a truly unique experience. The combination of EFT, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation is synergistically interwoven to give you the highest benefit possible. Your mind, body, and spirit can expect to feel light, calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Cost: $44

About your teachers:
Shannon Winchester is a Trauma-Informed Advanced EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master and Self-Empowerment Coach. A cancer thriver, toxic relationship survivor, and devoted solo-mom to her 7 year old son, Shannon is a beacon of resilience and love. After her own life-changing journey with EFT (aka "tapping"), she vowed to guide others on their path to healing and transformation. Although EFT is at the heart of what she does, she uses a variety of techniques to support women with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, and more. She teaches her clients how to tap into their inner wisdom, overcome their biggest obstacles, and empower themselves with unwavering confidence and self-love.
Willow Marcotte is a Yoga Alliance 500-hour E-RYT with expertise in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and alignment as taught by BKS Iyengar. Her background in nursing complements these practices and provides a deeper understanding of anatomy, body function, and adaptive yoga, allowing her to develop a teaching style that supports those living with particular ailments and life situations to find balance and ease. Willow’s journey in yoga began while studying Tibetan Buddhism and Meditation. With a long-standing appreciation for philosophy and ancient texts, she found the path of yoga a welcoming and natural progression of her interests. Willow invites students to be curious, exploring balance not only on the mat but in the yoga of life as well.
