Refill & Relate: An Authentic Mom Meetup - March

Join us monthly! This is a free support group for moms of elementary-aged (give or take) children. The inspiration for this group is to find authentic connection. We all deserve a safe space to strip away the "everything is fine" facade. I've often felt alone and confused in motherhood. My hope is to create a safe space for those who are looking to rediscover themselves through conversations and community.

March's meetup will focus on managing The Mental Load. We'll dicuss the endless running tab in our brains and work through how to set boundaries, ask for help and organize our thoughts to better manage the stress of the mental load we all carry.

We’re dropping the "I’ve got it" act and getting real about the invisible labor of motherhood.

Let’s put the mental load down for an hour and refill our own cups instead.
