Reel Rituals (Madman Mook & The Pentacle Pinup) returns to Grounded Print and Paper Shop on Saturday, May 30th with an outdoor screening of Roger Corman’s dark horror-comedy classic, A Bucket of Blood (1959).
- Tailgate starts at 6:30pm
- Movie introduction and outdoor screening starts at sunset (with a short discussion to follow)
- Bring your own grills, meats, drinks, snacks, and lawn chairs
- Free admission / $5 suggested donation
We’ll also be holding a “Bad Art” competition inspired by the film itself. Attendees are encouraged to bring intentionally terrible or faux-“high art” creations -- macaroni art, bizarre thrift store modifications, dollar-store sculptures, and fake avant-garde nonsense -- with one lucky winner taking home a themed prize.
