Join the MOA on March 1st from 2 PM to 4 PM for an exciting afternoon all about cinema! We will be hosting a private collection (courtesy of Dr. Chris Ellis) of vintage detective/crime movie posters, lobby cards and more! There will also be an inspiring presentation by Poster Artist Johny Pham as he unveils the secrets behind his iconic designs.
Admission is only $5 and includes the presentation, engagement with film artifacts and prizes!
No registration required- anyone is welcome to drop in and learn more about cinema in the past!

Dr. Chris Ellis is the leading expert in Paleo and Archaic archaeology of the Great Lakes Region and professor emeritus from Western Anthropology. He was also a Chair of the MOA (200 -2007). Though he is retired now, he is still an Affiliated Researcher at the Museum! Thank you Dr. Chris Ellis for sharing your collection with us for this event!
