Reel Crafts Presents: "Practical Magic"

Reel Crafts is the craft-friendly film series from Circle Cinema and Community Craft. We’ll keep the lights half-raised during the film and guests are encouraged to enjoy a personal craft project to work on during the film. Community Craft will be in the lobby with some craft kits on sale before the film, or you can bring your own quiet craft project like knitting, coloring, beadwork, and more. Then at 7pm, Community Craft’s Mary Make & Do will introduce the movie of the month - Practical Magic (1998), an October tradition for Reel Crafts! Tickets on sale now, $11 members and $13 non-members.
1h44min - Fantasy, Romance - Rated PG-13 - English
Practical Magic was so popular last October with Reel Crafts, we're making it an annual tradition for spooky season! Don't wait to get your tickets before it sells out.
Sally and Gillian Owens (Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman), born into a magical family, have mostly avoided witchcraft themselves. But when Gillian's vicious boyfriend, Jimmy Angelov, dies unexpectedly, the Owens sisters give themselves a crash course in hard magic. With policeman Gary Hallet growing suspicious, the girls struggle to resurrect Angelov -- and unwittingly inject his corpse with an evil spirit that threatens to end their family line.
