Red’s Tribe is fronted by the amazing vocalists Leah Guelfi and Justin Everette Gross – no strangers to the venue having appeared in many shows with many bands.
Red’s Tribe is a passion project for them, alongside members of The Isolites and Melbourne Ska Orchestra. The killer 8-piece band is devoted to delivering authentic early Jamaican Ska, Rocksteady and Jazz. A 3 piece horn section will be soloing or driving some Skatalites-inspired instrumentals. The rhythm section serving up authentic grooves and skanks.
This music is among the most uplifting yet forgotten about. Let us introduce it to you.
