The finance industry is changing in Asia. What does that mean for your career? Join us live in-person at The Working Capitol on 28 July, 7PM

About this Event

Banks across Asia are restructuring. Roles are being redefined. And professionals at every level are asking the same question: what do I do now?

This live panel brings together three voices who have navigated career pivots, led teams through disruption, and studied the industry from the inside out. Expect specific, honest, and actionable advice. Not corporate talking points.

You will walk away knowing:

  • Which finance and banking roles are being reshaped right now
  • What skills and positioning matter most for your next career move
  • How to take action before the market moves first

Meet the Panel:

Jessie Toh

President - Financial Women's Association Singapore

Jessie is a global treasury and payments executive with 23 years of experience spanning banking, fund management and fintech. Venue Partner

Spanning five light-filled, historic shophouses, houses companies ranging from startups to multinationals. Productivity, buzz, and community are the words we most often hear used to describe the atmosphere in the space.

The Working Capitol was born when co-founders Ben and Saranta Gattie decided to transform an old biscuit factory on Keong Saik Road into a unique coworking and lifestyle destination. By converting heritage shophouses into spaces that foster collaboration & unlock possibilities, The Working Capitol aims to challenge the conventional working life, while empowering people to do their best work.
