Redmires and Stanage Pole 11.5km Walk

Welcome to the Redmires and Stanage Pole 11.5km Walk!

Come join me on Sunday 19th May 2024 at 09:30 for a fun 11.5km walk from Lodgemoor. Lace up your hiking boots and get ready to explore the Peak District from the very edge of Sheffield.

This event is perfect for those looking to enjoy a leisurely walk while taking in stunning views of the reservoirs. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just starting out, this walk is suitable for all levels of fitness, but please bear in mind some of the walk is steep.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature and meet new friends along the way. Grab your backpack, pack some snacks, and get ready to look out for watervoles on route!

Travel:

Parking- There is parking on Redmires Road opposite the bus terminus. Please park carefully as this is still a resisdential area.

Public transport- Please check bus times to see if they are running. As we are walking on Sunday there will be less regular services.

Note: All bookees will be sent an email with a kit list and a medical form to fill in before attending.
