Join us at a peaceful location in Glasnevin (Beneavin drive) for a soulful morning of connection, reflection, and delicious pastries, as we explore the beautiful push and pull of motherhood.

Together with Kate O’Brien from @mammaries_bf and Chiara Virgillito from @HeyBirthingMama, you’ll be gently guided through a space of storytelling, self-discovery, and support. Around midway, we’ll take a pause to stretch, chat, and enjoy a light refreshment before gathering again to continue this journey back to ourselves.

Whether you come solo for some well-deserved me-time or with your baby in arms, this space is for you. To share, breathe, and remember who you are—beyond the daily to-do lists.
