As we close out a summer full of adventure, travel, work and play, we invite you to come home to yourself, to the comfort of routine and the support of community. Join us for this fall series bringing you a different focus or theme each week, while also honoring and tuning into the natural rhythms of your body, mind and heart, exactly as you are, as we move together into the coming season.
