Do you delight in the magic of putting pen to paper, but wish your handwriting could dance a little more gracefully across the page?
Join us for a gentle introduction to the art of italic writing at The New Zealand Festival of Christmas.
Over two hours, Gareth Rapson will work through 10 short lessons with the aim of changing your handwriting into something beautiful, elegant and expressive. This gathering welcomes all ages and skill levels.
Please bring your favourite pens and a lined notebook or lined paper.
Handouts will be provided and we'll have some Esterbrook fountain pens for you to use on the day if you want to try out your new skills with a traditional pen.
About Your Teacher: Gareth Rapson is an ex English teacher with an interest in all aspects of creativity. Often found with a book, pen and a notebook or at the Bridge table!
Please note, the venue is on level 2 with access via a flight of stairs.
