The Redemptive Operations course runs from April 9, 2027, through April 30, 2027, every Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM. Sign-ups are available now. We are grateful for the generous support of local sponsors and donors, who have helped reduce the cost of this experience for Central Valley nonprofits.

The third course is Redemptive Operations. In this Redemptive Operations course, you will:

• Diagnose operational culture and create commitments that shape redemptive team behaviors
• Identify operational friction points and redesign a workflow to be more humane and redemptive
• Build simple, redemptive practices into HR systems and create rhythms that support flourishing, not exhaustion
• Create a redemptive budget philosophy and identify areas where financial practices can promote dignity
