Life transitions can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. This Yoga, Coaching and Vision Board Workshop is designed specifically for women moving through seasons of change: empty nest, the sandwiched generation, divorce, career shifts, caregiving, loss of a spouse, or simply feeling unsure of “what’s next.” In this safe, supportive space, we’ll breathe, move, reflect, and reconnect with who you are and who you’re becoming.
