Presented by FHL Bank and part of the Redbud Youth Festival, the Youth Art Exhibit opens inside the NOTO Arts Center “The Great Outdoors”. Participating youth will be invited to join us for an opening reception from 5-8. All participating youth will get NOTO$ to be used during the Youth Art Supply Swap on April 12th.Redbud Sprig Giveaway inside NOTO Arts Center, First 100 people inside the NOTO Arts Center receives a redbud sprig compliments of Skinners Nursery.
