Our theme for August 2025, is 'Connect & Nourish'. This will be a gentle circle to reconnect and nourish ourselves as we come to the end of this season.
You can expect a welcoming circle, hot cups of tea, a space for sharing and nourishing our hearts. Our circles are seasonally themed, each with its own energy and flavour. We aim to leave you with a renewed sense of connection and peace to carry you forward until our next gathering.
