Red Tent (Women's Only) Ecstatic Dance

The Red Tent Ecstatic Dance is a women-centered space for deep expression, rest, and renewal through movement, ritual, and community. We gather in solidarity wearing red and begin by co-creating a shared altar—bringing plants, flowers, fruit, candles, crystals, and natural elements to ground our collective intention.

We open with a gentle yin yoga session to soften the body, followed by intention setting to arrive fully into presence. From there, we move into a freeform Ecstatic Dance journey supported by music, breath, and embodied expression—no choreography, no expectation, just space to be fully yourself among women.

We close in a heartfelt circle, offering reflection, witnessing, and support as a collective sisterhood. This is a space to be seen, held, and remembered in community. 🌹
