Our host kristie Leahy Comsia is flying solo in April to bring you ‘The Art of Relaxation’ where we’ll dive into my favorite practice, yoga nidra sleep meditation with sound to help facilitate a deeply relaxing experience. Bring your comfy clothes, mat, blankets, pillows, whatever you have to help you feel warm and cozy. Don’t have any of this stuff? We’ve got you covered!May’s special guest is Kristie's nearest and dearest @bodykarmahealing ..we are not new to it, we’re true to it. So many collaborations and shenanigans with this woman over the years, it’s sure to be a dynamic ‘Maiden, Mother, Crone’ session for all ages and expressions of the Goddess.
Christina @soul_with_fire1 joins us in June for ‘When the Stars Align,’ with a special session on family constellations, an embodied group process that facilitates transformational healing for everyone in the circle.
⭕️ we meet one Sunday a month from 3-5pm. There have been ages 10-80 years old and we couldn’t be happier with the powerful moments shared between individuals and as a group. We are creating something powerful together as a community. Thank you.
