(Space is limited, reserve your spot today!!)This weekend retreat, Winds of Change, is for women navigating life's transitions—big or small. Whether you're starting a different career, beginning a new chapter in life or simply adjusting to the end of a season, this retreat is a space to find your footing and celebrate where you are right now.
Through practices of mindful transition, we will explore how to release judgment, let go of the "shoulds," and find clarity amidst the whirlwind of change. Our intention is to help you process the past with grace, acknowledge the incredible things you’ve accomplished, and step into the future with groundedness and an open heart.
