🌹 Red Tent Ecstatic Dance: Wise Woman • Wild Woman
A night of remembering the woman who already knows—and the woman who was never meant to be tamed.
Step into the Red Tent for an intimate evening of body wisdom, wildness, connection and feminine freedom.
We begin at 6:30 PM with a guided somatic meditation, slowing down enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you. From there, we enter a softer, deeper Ecstatic Dance journey—music that invites you to feel, listen, wander, awaken and follow your own rhythm.
This is not a dance you have to get right.
It is an invitation to let the Wise Woman within you speak through sensation, intuition and inner knowing…
And to let the Wild Woman move through you without apology.
🌿 The Wise Woman knows when to pause.
🔥 The Wild Woman knows when to move.
🌙 The Wise Woman listens within.
🐺 The Wild Woman trusts her instinct.
🌹 Together, they remember what it means to belong fully to yourself.
Cacao will be offered throughout the evening, woven into ritual and connection. We’ll create more spaciousness than a typical dance to linger, connect, share, laugh, feel and simply be together.
And at the end, we’ll take extra time for our closing circle—a chance to put words to what moved through you, listen to one another, and integrate the evening in community.
