Red Rock Sauna: Sonic Sauna and Plunge and Free 1st 10 oz Beer

Join Red Rock Sauna for a special sauna and cold plunge event! Experience the power of hot and cold therapy with a 75 minute guided sauna and crystal sound bowl ice bath experience on November 10th at 6 pm.

Ashley Nguyen from "Awake in Wellness" will be guiding guests through 15 minute sauna meditations followed by 2-3 minute cold plunges with crystal sound bowls. Guests will rotate between the sauna and cold plunge throughout the 75 minutes with breaks in-between. $40 per person with 1st 10 oz beer included.

What to Bring:

For the sauna and plunge: feel free to enjoy the hot and cold therapy in active wear or swimsuit. Changing space, outdoor shower, extra towels, and lemon water provided. We recommend bringing a comfortable change of clothes to lounge in while enjoying a refreshing beverage after the session!
