The unsung hero of SnoTown Brewery, Red, Red Sun is back with a twist. We brewed a full batch and split it into two fermentation vessels adding a different yeast to each one.
Brew master will walk us through the brewing and fermentation process while we sample each one and decide which is the better overall beer.
This is to determine how the beer will be brewed from that point forward, so be prepared to focus.
(no heavy perfumes/colognes please)
