So, what's the "Scenario"? Brunch on a Monday? Don't "Lose Yourself", we get it, normally it's "Brunch on Sundays" . Well, this isn't a normal brunch ; this is brunch like you've never had in Edmonton before.
Industry friends, we know most of you are busy workin' the weekend and you may need need your Sunday morning to "Go To Church" and "Praise the Lord", (Uh, I mean that's what we all tell our family when we need to sleep in, right?)
This Monday was designed to be accessible for our retaurant industry friends!
What does 65$ get you? This Pop-Up features a curated brunch spread (not multiple courses). Euro eats meets Central/South American flare with this special colllaboration between Chef Lili of Red Star and the Harvest Moon crew! The spread features a table full of dishes designed to share. We're talkin' Italian meets Mexican brunch pasta, a zesty Panzanella with a twist, fresh salumi and cheese, French Cassoulet with South American condiments and a feature Okie Dokie Smokie curated by Chef Lili herself! Food so good you won't need any extra Salt-N-Pepa (leave that to Mr. Kou!) Don't skip out on the "Juicy" brunch cocktails (Did someone say Bellini?), coffee creations by Sarah Eastwood and the most creative Tiramisu con Dulce de Leche to finish it all off.
This menu is designed to share and is served in portion sizes designed for 2 people. Don't worry, we can accomodate odd numbers, we're used to all sorts of "Changes". Gluten free AND Vegan acessible so long as you LET US KNOW in advance. We will only prep modifications ahead of time and unfortunately can't whip up slow food on the fly. So help us make this experience smooth like "Butter" and let us know your food restrictions when you purchase your tickets!
All dishes will be brought out as theyre ready until the full savory spread has been served (two appies, one pasta, one entree, a smokie and some accompaniments). Then, don't forget a sweet treat to finish it all off!
No need to "Kick, Push", there is plenty of food to go around! In fact, you may need to bring your "Empire State of Mind" if you're going to face off against this menu!

Patio is OPEN depending on the weather! That's right, picture this: you're crushing Mimosa's or sippin' on "Gin and Juice" on the patio at Red Star. Now that's the "Good Life".
NOTE: Eventbrite ticket sales are included in ticket price. One ticket reserves one spot. Upon bringing the bill you will be charged the remaining 50$/person for food. Drinks not included in ticket price.
