We lunch! Elevate Chiro & Health in Delray Beach, is a new business that we love. Personal health has been a passion of the Secretary of Steak and Elevate has everything we need to make sure we are at peak personal best.
The cause will be Play For Blake, our September charity partner.
We will have a unique lineup of auction items to help this very personal cause.
Back to Elevate, Dr. Devon Lyons (steaksman) has planted his business in our backyard and is a true steaksman.
Let's consume in his businesses honor, the food by Sexzchef will be delicious and plentiful.
At 1pm we walk 40 feet to Smoke Inn Delray for a smoke and cocktail (that's on you but 40 feet will be considered the exercise party of the day, see......its all about peak personal best.)
