Michael Mayo and The Secretary of Steak come together for a night at Regina's Farm.
A night to benefit our charity partner, we will consume with great enthusiasm.
No need to wait 4 years to get into one of the most unique dining experiences in the United States.
A rare night will be upon us.
The Commander in Beef is giving up some his collection of bourbon and other spirits to curate an open bar with wine and beer, included in every ticket.
Casa De Montecristo will offering their signaure "cigar buffet" included in every ticket.
The food....we asked Regina's Farm to go extra meaty. We start with their famour soups (if you know, you know) then we will take a one way trip to Brazil via our tastebuds.
Unlimited food, drink and cigar is the roadmap to a great night.
