Ongoing Moving Meditation Workshops for Growth and Empowerment, working with the Elements of the Body. These will be held every once monthly, for two hours per session. The overall length of the series will depend on the individual student’s integration and practice. Price and time listed is for initial commitment.Classes are $50 each, with lifetime access to copies of the sessions and book included in the price.
