Red Dôôrs

Brooding electronics and pulsing beats form the backdrop to rich, melancholic Indian infused melodies.
Red Dôôrs brings together three distinctive musical voices: Shri’s powerful, tabla-inspired bass lines; the expressive Indian violin of the much‑respected Harpreet; and Patrick Iversen’s soaring flute woven through his distinctively Norwegian electronics.
This is a rare chance to see the project live – their only UK appearance outside the London Jazz Festival at Kings Place. Drawing on the lasting influence of the pioneering Asian Underground movement and Norwegian electronic jazz, Red Dôôrs creates a sound that feels both rooted in history and strikingly contemporary.
