Families, Friends and Community MembersAs the family of 13 year old Sierra Chalifoux Thompson, tragically killed near Coliseum Station in Edmonton on October 2, 2020, we share the pain of a failed justice system. We refuse to stand by while voices go unheard and stories remain untold.
We invite you to join us on May 5th for National REDress Day. Stand with us as we walk to amplify our voices, honoring Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP). The event begins at 3 PM on Alberta Avenue (9210 118 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 0N4), proceeding to the Eastwood Community Hall (11803 86 St), where we'll share soup, bannock, and stories of our loved ones.
Help us bring attention to the MMIP crisis and work towards safer communities. We would be honored if you would attend Our Event and share Our Posters
Sincerely,
Fran Chalifoux
